RMA - The rules of the game

  1. RMA requests will only be accepted after approval of this RMA form by MULTICAP and after the release of an RMA number to the requesting company.
  2. Multicap respects a warranty period of one year on its products. For products that are beyond the scope of this warranty period, Multicap will make a replacement or repair offer to the customer.
  3. Unnecessary RMA requests, i.e. RMA requests for products that are still properly functioning, will be invoiced at € 50,00 (VAT excl.).
  4. Customers will be charged a € 30,00 transport fee for the shipment of repairs back from Multicap to the customer. This does NOT APPLY if the repair is done under warranty or if the RMA cost for repairs that are out of warranty is above € 1240,00.
