As indicated elsewhere on this website, Multicap increasingly is putting emphasis on its qualities as a service provider. For, apart from simple distribution, we are there to help our resellers with a host of services adding up to their competitive position. Wireless is not always the core of the reseller's project and business and therefore we are there to help with our wireless experience. We can help to define how a point-to-(multi)point WWAN configuration can be implemented (= Path Engineering) or examine where and how many access points should be placed to obtain optimal wireless coverage (= Site Survey). Apart from that, we have all knowledge and equipment at your disposal to debug an existing WLAN/WWAN network!
Multicap also offers you the possibility to request RMA numbers online (= RMA procedure) and to hire demo equipment for free for a ten-day testing period (= Demo Equipment). Eventually, you will find here all information on the different training sessions we are organising (= Training).
