The biggest supplier of catering software solutions in Luxembourg was unable to garanty reliable connection between the handheld computer and the central system in the overcrowded 2,4 GHz band. After testing several solutions, the Meru system is selected for their WiFi networks: and with success !!!!
Our partner Eurobureau in Luxembourg has been a costumer of Multicap for a long time for the industrial, reliable hand held devices of Casio. Now they will also propose the Meru wireless solution to their costumers.

More and more the final costumers asked a solution for the registry and settlement of the orders, through a mobile handheld. In the beginning the wireless networks were implemented with standard WiFi solutions.
However, the more and more these wireless networks are becoming more difficult to implement and becoming more unstable and unreliable! Luxembourg City is implementing a huge hotspot over the entire city. Beside this wireless network there are smaller WiFi networks from local companies and private individuals, all this leads to an unreliable wireless network , and there was no guaranteed connection anymore between the handheld computer and the central system.
Problems like connection losses, delays and roaming issues provided unsatisfied waiters and costumers.
After testing several solutions, Eurobureau decided to use the Meru wireless solution for their WiFi networks.
