Early August, Multicap and its valued Dutch reseller A² Networks realised a 100 Mbps full-duplex wireless point-to-point link between a printing-business and its neighbouring publishing firm in Doetinchem, in eastern Holland. This connection, spanning a 400-meter distance, is set up using the highly performant and 100% secure Proxim Tsunami GX.200, one of the wireless backhaul solutions of the meanwhile famous pioneering wireless vendor.
Both enterprises between which the link was established are independent companies, however cooperating tightly. This fed the need for a stable and secure data connection over which print-ready magazines can be transferred. A² Networks worked out the entire concept, whilst Multicap installed, aligned and configured the wireless link. And it turns out to be a truly satisfactory realisation for all parties involved!
