Exalt Communications provides next generation wireless backhaul systems for service providers and enterprises worldwide. The Exalt solutions include a new breed of carrier class, spectrally efficient, and high capacity microwave radio systems designed to solve the ever present bottlenecks within the last mile, middle mile, and first mile sections of the network.
Exalt offers 55Mbps up to 200Mbps full duplex software upgradeable solutions in the 2,4GHz and 5GHz frequency spectrum as well as solutions for licensed bands from 6GHz to 40GHz with over 1Gbps of aggregate throughput. The solutions are all-indoor, all-outdoor or split mount design (licensed only). The unique TDD based solutions offer asynchronous full duplex operation with 50/50, 65/35 and 80/20 ratios. This allows a better fit of the available throughput for the used application. Also, the frame size is selectable from 0.5ms up to 5ms to optimize the solution for latency critical or bandwidth hungry applications.
