Multicap received its QFor label
› February 22, 2008
Friday, February 15th 2008 Multicap received a nice recognition for its years of efforts to deliver superb services and advice.
“Multicap’s customers are very satisfied about their co-operation with this company, and about the effort and high quality of the different trainings given by Multicap’s engineers”.
Since 1994 our team has deployed several activities in the wireless industry.
Multicap not only delivers high quality wireless products and solutions, we also focus on delivering added value to the products such as consulting and training.
The consistent high quality of this added value is now confirmed by the QFor audit.
Professional buyers admit that the QFor audit methodology is a superb way to measure the quality of company performance. After an in depth audit and survey, and after interviewing ad random chosen customers, the auditors decided to reward Multicap’s outstanding performance with he QFor Label.
The focus of the survey was on customer satisfaction, and on the ability and the persistence of Multicap to fulfil their commitments toward their customers.
For our team, this logo is the admission, of the efforts performed to deliver high quality services to our customers, and of our positive attitude towards quality in general.
A QFor label shows that at least 80% of our customers are very satisfied about the quality of our activities.
With this message, we also want to thank our customers, for the open and fair comments they have given to the auditors.
P.S. With the QFor certificate Multicap has the BEA recognition of the Flemish Government in order to be able to offer to a big part of our customers reduced pricing for trainings.

Multicap in the press: tracking Sarens's cranes
› January 22, 2008
As we announced in the course of 2007, Multicap provided worldwide market-leader Sarens with both the hardware and the software to do real-time tracking and follow-up of its cranes. This solution allows Sarens to enhance its crane maintenance scheme and to check where and whether its cranes are active from South-America to China using GPS and GPRS.
At that time, we already felt that this on-going project would be 'sexy' enough to arouse some media attention and as you can read in the attachment, this has proven to be the case.. in the celebrated annual Smart Business Case Book!
